Mr Barnes joined the Investment Industry in 1999 as an Investment Adviser at Hartley Poynton. He is a Founder and Director of Peloton Capital. At Peloton, Mr Barnes is responsible for Equity Markets and Stock Broking operations, introduction of corporate transactions, and personally manages a select group of Sophisticated Investor Clients. Before Founding Peloton Capital with his fellow directors in June 2011, Mr Barnes was employed for 9 years at Macquarie Private Wealth (Sydney) and resigned as a Division Director.

Sam Wright is the Managing Director of Western Australian-based corporate advisory firm Straight Lines Consultancy, specialising in the provision of corporate services to public companies. He is a seasoned corporate advisor with over 20 years of experience in corporate governance, corporate finance, and the administration of ASX-listed companies. Sam is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and the Governance Institute of Australia. Sam is currently a director of ASX-listed companies Great Dirt Resources Ltd, Reach Resources Ltd, and Structural Monitoring Systems Plc. He also serves as Company Secretary for Resolute Mining Ltd, a company dual listed on the ASX and London Stock Exchange, as well as Buxton Resources Ltd and BWE Drilling Ltd, both dual listed on the ASX and Börse Frankfurt. Throughout his career, Sam has held director and company secretary roles across Australia, North America, and the United Kingdom. He has deep expertise in public company operations, including ASX and ASIC compliance, corporate governance, statutory financial reporting, IPOs, M&A transactions, and stakeholder engagement with both retail and institutional investors.

Luke Martino is a prominent figure in the corporate world of Western Australia, with over 30 years experience at partner and board level with major accounting firms and is a Director of several public & private companies. He has gained significant experience and established credibility in the mining & resources, property and hospitality industries. Luke has an entrepreneurial passion for nurturing businesses and specializes in corporate & growth consulting. A chartered accountant, Luke was the lead partner of Deloitte growth solutions. His success as a lead partner of Deloitte also saw him appointed to national executive roles and a Board member for the national Australian firm. Luke is Executive Director of Indian Ocean Consulting Group, a boutique corporate & investment banking services firm in Perth & Sydney, Australia, with joint interests in Mainland China. He is also current chairman of EV Resources Limited and chairman of Magnum Mining & Exploration Limited, two companies focused on precious and green metal exploration and renewable green energy.
